In the event when full payment is not received on date given, this simply means that the order is incomplete/cancelled and the cake/cupcakes will not be baked.
Slots are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Please do make payment on date/time given to secure your bookings to avoid any disappointment. Failure to make payment on date/time given, the booking slot will be opened again to others.
Payment can be made via direct debit or Maybank2u.com . We will furnish you with banking details once confirmed.
Once a booking deposit is made, a design will be agreed upon. No further changes will be entertained up to 7 days before collection date.
In the event of any cancellation right after payment is made due to unforseen circumstances, the payment may be used as credit for near future orders (a deadline will be given and subject to availability).
For standard cakes, cupcakes, brownies, orders should be made minimum 2 WEEKS ahead from date of collection.
For bigger events/orders such as tiered cakes or large orders for cupcakes and others, please do book us with deposit 1 MONTH in advance to avoid disappointment.
For any last minute orders, FULL PAYMENT to be made immediately before we confirm/proceed with your order and may incur 20% surcharge
